Kilbury Bird Sanctuary

Pangot and Kilbury Bird Sanctuary are in a forest reserve that is home to over 500 species of birds. It is located at a distance of around 6 km from the center of Pangot and can be reached in approximately 15 minutes. Some of the most common birds that you can see include Blue-winged Minla, Brown Wood Owls, Himalayan Bulbul, Dollarbird, and Rufous Bellied Woodpecker. You may also come across a few mammals like Leopards, Ghorals, Himalayan Palm CIvets, and Sambhar. Guano Hills

Guano Hills is one of the must-visit places near Pangot, Uttarakhand. It is situated at an altitude of 1,985 meters above sea level, it is an excellent destination to enjoy activities like trekking or hiking.
